Best food I ate in one week on a dutch roadtrip. Entered by chance since we were at the Lego shop nearby and I needed a toilet they did not have. Felt honorbound to get a meal after the Lego-shopping and was blown away. The chicken brith fir instance gets cooked hours on a slow fire, spuces get cut by the chef freshly while preparing the meal, everything is well thought of, including the harmony of the tastes. A double soecial plus: food gets low salt added and a desert was changed on the spot to not contain any gluten. In addition I was told what not to share with the gluten free child from my own meal.
