I visited McDonald’s today and ordered a burger with a beef patty. When I opened the packaging, I discovered that the patty was simply missing. I went back to the counter to show this. Without saying a word or commenting on the situation, the staff member just took my burger, unwrapped it right on the counter in front of me, grabbed a patty from the tray, placed it inside, lightly pressed the burger as if trying to restore its shape, and handed it back to me. All of this was done without gloves.
I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn’t expecting an apology, but I would have appreciated a more careful and respectful approach — for example, replacing the burger with a new one or at least handling the situation with a bit more care. I hope this was just a one-time oversight, and that such situations can be avoided...
Read moreSo we all know McDonalds and regarding the food and drinks everyone is roughly the same, little too review there. The fries however do have significantly less salt than usual at most restaurant which is a big plus for me.
The thing that really stood out, was the service. The person at the entrance was amazing. I had to do some work on my laptopwhile waiting, so after asking if they had some place to sit with a socket, he quickly guided me there and offered to bring me my food so that I could get start working right away.

Thuisbezorgd refunded me only the "missing part" of the menu (the burger) because the restaurant refused to pay for the whole menu. So when considering spending your money here keep in mind that this is a restaurant that would rather cheap out on ~3 euros when messing up the order instead of owning up to their mistake and compensating...
