Café Mío Zandvoort — Restaurant in Zandvoort

Kurz gesagt Touristenabzocke. Inhaber beschuldigt Menschen in den Kommentaren bzw. in den Rezensionen. (Das ist sehr unprofessionell). Bedienungen sind nett. Das Essen schmeckt gut aber ist einfach zu wenig für den Preis. Sie schreiben Tapas auf die Speisekarte aber man bekommt eher eine Eigenkreation als wircklich Tapas (Worauf ich hinaus möchte, man sollte es nicht Tapas nennen). Zudem waren die Drinks einfach zu klein für den Preis. Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen, da ich dort nicht übernachtet habe.

Wenn man zu viel Geld hat und dies auch nicht vernünftig ausgeben möchte kann man hier gerne Essen und trinken ansonsten würde ich andere Restaurants bevorzugen.

In short: a tourist rip-off. The owner blames people in the comments or reviews (which is very unprofessional). The staff are nice. The food tastes good but is simply too little for the price. They write "tapas" on the menu, but what you actually get is more of their own creation rather than real tapas (what I mean is, they shouldn’t call it tapas). On top of that, the drinks were just too small for the price.

I can’t say anything about the rooms since I didn’t stay there.

If you have too much money and don’t care about spending it wisely, you can eat and drink here. Otherwise, I’d prefer other restaurants.

Kort gezegd: toeristenafzetterij. De eigenaar geeft mensen de schuld in de reacties of in de recensies (dat is heel onprofessioneel). Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het eten smaakt goed maar is gewoon te weinig voor de prijs. Ze zetten "tapas" op de menukaart, maar wat je krijgt lijkt meer op een eigen creatie dan op echte tapas (waar ik op neerkom is dat ze het geen tapas zouden moeten noemen). Bovendien waren de drankjes gewoon te klein voor de prijs.

Over de kamers kan ik niets zeggen, omdat ik daar niet heb overnacht.

Als je te veel geld hebt en dit ook niet verstandig wilt uitgeven, kun je hier gerust eten en drinken. Anders zou ik andere...

We ordered about 5 to 6 tapas dishes. After a long wait, we we're told there was no patron peppers then asked if we wanted something else which we did ,no problem. One of dishes never turned up and just said the kitchen is busy when the restaurant was half full at best. The waitress was extremely rude and didn't look like she wanted to be there. When asked for the bill, she then thought it was OK to to just tell us the amount due. Not acceptable, especially when she tried to charge us for more then we had and then argued it briefly before back tracking. Food is great, service...

I went to brunch last Monday and this is what I got, the food was moldy( the toast was totally moldy), I didn't see it at first, I even ate a few bites and my boyfriend and I were sick for a few days afterwards (he ate a different Food, but also sick)), service was also terrible, after that they made us feel like they didn't care, only replaced the food, also said no need to pay for drinks, not even an apology, only free drinks...? We live in Zandvoort and have been there many times, so we really disappointed. we won’t ever go there anymore . The people who go here, be careful...
