Noble Tree Cafe — Restaurant in Zandvoort

Only positives: the place looks nice, croissant and bread were good and fresh. Otherwise, I cannot recommend it. We ordered complete breakfast which basically has croissant, bread, butter, jam and a yogurt granola+drinks. We waited more than 40 minutes for this, while everyone around us received their breakfasts, even though they came long after us. When asked about this, we received no apology, they just blamed the other waiters for missing our table. Poor personel management and customer service.

LE. We had a table and at the time we were there, half the place was empty still. Our problem, was that people that arrived 20 minutes after us received their food long before us. While we basically had to wait for a croissant and a yogurt 40 minutes. I understand it was a busy weekend and appreciate all service workers for their dedication. For me personally it felt like they did nothing to express they were sorry about the confusion. We all make mistakes, but it is about how we repair them. In this case I felt no remorse...

This is my second poor experience with this cafe. The first was sitting down outside and nobody even bothered to serve us (it was not even busy). The next was going inside to be able to do some work and literally being turned down when wanting to order because they are "closed inside". What the hell does that even mean? How can you just reject to help a customer just because they would like to plug in their laptop while PAYING for your food and drinks. Most unfriendly and won't be coming...

The food is very good. However the service is awful. We waited for 55 minutes to get some drinks and a cake. The cake came after asking three times and insisting that was for a small kid who would start crying if not getting earlier. Then they brought the wrong cake. They didn't bring cutterly and forgot one of the dishes. When I asked for it, they replied with: it's so busy. But they didn't dare to share empathy or an apology....
