I recently celebrated a birthday with friends at New Welcome Family Restaurant in Nerul, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements they've made since our last visit. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel special. We got a complimentary dish, and the manager was super attentive. Even the owner checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. The only slight misstep was with the recommended dishes, they didn't quite live up to the hype. But overall, we still had a great time. The ambiance is lovely, and the air conditioning is a definite plus. Big thumbs up to the team at New Welcome Family Restaurant for their efforts to step up their game. If you're looking for a solid restaurant in Nerul, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

The restaurant is easy to locate, has good environment and seating arrangements. But the staffs are totally unprofessional n careless. First off all, the table was soo dirty, and the glass was not washed properly. Secondly, we ordered veg spring roll, in which we found a piece of meat. When i tried contacting the owner, the staff lied saying, the owner is not currently in mumbai. After talking, the staffs finally called the owner, and the owner just gave a stupid reason- ek chicken ka piece uud ke chala gaya hoga. We were soo shocked that how a person who owns such a big restaurant give such reasons. I just read reviews abt this restaurant, and came to know previously also people found bones n meat in the veg dishes. When owner cant take proper care, i think they should shut down the restaurant. So if you are a pure vegetarian, this restaurant is not for u.

Indeed a hidden gem in nerul 🤩 Near nerul station and most of all a top notch restaurant for those who have great tastebuds to try something new😍 In love with their ambience & service.We had Chicken Crunchy Dry which is highly recommended for those eating nonveg. Had tasted this starter first time ever😋 For maincourse we had Express Paneer gravy with garlic naan plain😍felt taste at every bite of the food❤️.Tikka biryani at end was the best choice without any regret☺️ I recommemd this restaurant for family parties as well casual ones.You won't regret visiting here💯Staff is friendly here they would suggest you dishes 😅you won't regret. You get many options in veg and non veg both💯❤️ #foodislove #sharefood

New welcome is one of newly opened, famous restaurant in Nerul (west), Navi Mumbai area. It is famous for its non veg menu's. I was really impressed with the taste of food. Its also famouse for Chinese cuisine. Since it is newly opened, the ambience is really amazing and prices of food are quite affordable. On weekends, it can be crowded. Restaurant does not provide any parking but you can park your vehicle nearby. The place is very close to nerul railway station. Must visit.

They provided really tasty food, rich flavors that leave a lasting impression. The warm and welcoming staff enhance the experience with their attentive service. However, while the quality of both food and service is top-notch, the pricing is on the little higher side, making it more suitable for special occasions rather than casual dining. If you're willing to spend a little extra for a memorable meal, this place is definitely worth a visit!

This was the second time that we visited this restaurant. I would highly recommend their paneer lababdar in vegetarian options. This time we tried a non-veg menu. All the food was finger licking good. The staff is helpful too. The atmosphere is aesthetic and cozy. Great to hang out and enjoy good food with family and friends. I just have complain about their tables, they were wobbly and small in size in my opinion.
