Staff are lovely, but today I bought a Hi-fibre loaf and discovered that the top slice had ants baked into it - and not just one or two, but 20 at the very least. This is absolutely shocking, and really puts me off from coming back. I hope someone looks into this very seriously.

The lady serving me today in particular (a Friday afternoon) was super friendly and welcoming. Still had a good selection of items available. You know what you’re getting with bakers delight and it’s always up to a pretty good standard.

Hey, I'm not a customer of them. But want to warn you guys. I work somewhere around this place. One day I was in the toilet (that's in the mall) and one of their guy came wearing uniform, peed and didn't wash his hands. I started following him. I thought they have a Wash basin in the shop n he'll wash there. No...!! He started working straight away. This is gross. He should not be working there. I'm sorry for bad comments. But I wanted to warn...

I met the owner while waiting for my coffee today and mentioned my disappointment with the hot cross buns I bought in Remuera last week. He suggested that I try his hot cross buns which I did just now. I must say his hot cross buns were so much better, I highly recommend them and I will be going back to Bakers Delight Eastridge...
