Brothers Kebab — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

I ordered fish & chips, jalapeños bites the apple crumple and the oreo milkshake ($55.73). I'm not one to complain but this has got to be the worst uber eats experience of my life. The food seemed like it was just air fried, fish and chips were burnt and so much salt, the apple crumble had to be the worst apple crumble I've had in my life!!! I couldn't even swallow my first bite, it was really cold, soggy and the ice cream seemed like cream, they could have packed the ice cream and apple crumble separately but didn't, by the time I got it, it was floating in watery ice cream. I thought the oreo shake will make up for these but boy I was wrong!!! It was disgusting, had maybe 3 inches of froth just floating on top of the milk or water or whatever was used. I really do hope you read this message and make some serious changes, because if this is the quality you're serving to your customers your business...

In all honesty they started out great and I became a regular but over time they really started slipping up. Don't get me wrong the food was great here for it's price but then I was receiving orders with missing items a few times and ended up driving there to resolve issue but was rudely approached and tried denying it. As a chef for a school of 300-350. Just would like to say my lamb on rice was not hot, just Luke warm I know it's late at 10pm but give it 100 percent. It was completely dead. Rice was just the same fresh salad is all that was good. Be lucky I'd give a star. It was if it was just flash fried on grill and the rice was put first before the hot meat. Now I'm no scientist but that food should've been hot and followed by auckland council guidelines. From the reviews I've seen something has got to change, will not...
