Because of Botany Downs KFC closed for renovation, so is our first time went to the Spring Road KFC store, we bought a bucket of 10 piece chickens, as we walked out the door, the bag broken in half right in the middle, all chickens drop on the ground, they says not their problem, we have to hold it with two hand one on the top and another one on the bottom, and refused to replace the chickens, we went to East Tamaki road KFC branch buy another bucket of 10 pc chickens, holding it in the same way as we used to, the bag is very solid and not broke.
manager of this branch is very rude, don't care about the experienced of their customers from their store, what they care is about MONEY, i tell him i can buy another bucket of 10 pc chickens with half price, as this is not 100% of our fault, manager says NO, how redicous, peoples run business like this won't last for long, as they don't care about the return of a customer.

My order arrives and my son takes the box out of the bag and theres a hole at the bottom soaked from the heat of the chicken. It burns my son and its leaking. I return it and show them. They take it and tell me there is no more boneless chicken. I didnt even know they stuffed up my order and put original pieces without telling me. So now i had 2 issues to complain about. I told the lady Aman to replace my sons chicken pieces and refund my money which she did but then wouldnt give me the replaced chicken for my son's meal. He had already started eating the rest so i said to her i want the 3 pieces of chicken for son's meal since u cant give me boneless pieces. She finally did but it was unnecessary stress caused by her lack of customer service. Never going there ever again....

The staff looked at the coupon and immediately questioned me with an attitude: “Where did you get this from?” – enough for other people in line to hear. No politeness, no proper check, just instant suspicion and embarrassment. I felt humiliated for absolutely no reason.
