Updating for takeaway. We ordered yakisoba and the mixed donburi with karaage and teriyaki tofu. Yakisoba was not bad, but felt a bit instant noodle like but still taste good with the cutlet. Cutlet was more soggy due to being a delivery but the meat inside was tender, so willing to give an another try at the restaurant. Tofu was just average tasting, karaage was good seasoned and tasting. Everything else was just average. We also ordered two matcha pudding, but felt it had decreased in quality since last visit.
First time trying this place. We saw this place while actually doing a night walk with some friends. We originally had some plans to go to another restaurant but saw this nice little shop and decide to try it after seeing the reviews. We ordered the shoyu ramen and the dan dan ramen with extra karaage and chashu pork. The ramen was very rich and thicky creamy broth, actually more thicker than I liked it. The ramen had nice texture, and the toppings was very generous and even included a half boiled egg. Both the karaage and chashu was nicely cooked, I would prefer the karaage to be served on the side. Everything tasted quite good but I think because of the thickness of the broth, it was little bit saltier than I like, but definitely will come back and give it another try on their yaki soba! Nice hidden place out East Auckland. Price is also reasonable.
Also the homemade matcha pudding is 10/10 good. Like super...

I recently tried the Chicken Katsu curry for the first time, and it was nothing short of majestic. The portion size was generous, and the price was very reasonable. I was impressed with the quality of the food and the level of care put into each dish.
Beyond the food, the staff are exceptional - friendly, attentive, and professional. Their service truly sets the tone for the dining experience and makes it even more enjoyable.
