Domino's Pizza Bureta — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Just a quick feedback for this branch....i ordered a veg pizza and the customer service everything is good but since i am a pure vegetarian the staff made a non veg which ws chicken pizza. I trust dominos since i had a good experience in past therefore i did not checked my pizza over the counter but when i started having it i realised it was not what i ordered. Im not sure whether the staff was exhausted or tired but for future please take heads up as ppl can be quite religious and it can affect really badly where as same goes to gluten free where staff needs to take care for that. I am frustrated with this behavior as i did not made this a big issue but in future please take extra care as this is not acceptable.

Please adv this to your staff nicely for their mistake as i felt it ws a young teenage and a girl, and mistake can be done as we are humans. I returned that piza back to to counter with no replacement piza and no cash back. Its okay. Just be careful next time.

Order placed online around 7pm. One vege trio and cheezy...

Very disappointed. Ordered online. Pizzas arrived however 1 was so doughy couldn’t eat. Rang and explained they said could give voucher for next order or return and collect another one. I asked could they not deliver this one also. Got told no as their driver had gone and it would take forever for the lime scooter to get here. So my trying to not have to go out did not work. I go down and they apologised and gave me a free garlic bread. Nice thought. The second pizza looked nice as did the first. However first bite and same thing all doughy. Top and bottom cooked well but inside was again horrible. Haven’t even bothered to ring again just won’t...

See yourself picture says all. Mixed up meat pizzas. Had this experience many time but since no other pizza shop closeby have to go here. Incompetent & arrogant staff. The guy started talking in foreign language(may be punjabi said "Ha paji"). I know we choose to go here but please you don't have to prove us wrong for choosing you. By the way for religious reasons I don't eat ham and also my name is not "MATE" which staff kept calling me and hung up on me at the end when complained. Thumbs Up for recruiter. Definitely not...
