I ordered an iced oat chai latte, saying oat at the end. Was takeaway so walked off wondering why it had icecream but just gave that to my daughter. When I called to enquire if it was oat milk they said no sorry we didn’t write that down so it’s normal dairy. There was no offer to rectify the situation at all so not only did I drink milk that will upset my stomach I had to throw most of it away. Not at all pleased with the customer service or lack of empathy for the situation.

The prices are a little high, but the overall experience makes up for it. The oat milk latte (wifes) was great and the long black was tasty. Worth travelling to Oxford for this cafe alone. Staff are friendly and attentive even when busy, toilets and cafe layout is wheel chair friendly. Read moreFirst time eating in this gem of Oxford cafe. Very pleasant sitting outside and the coffee was great and then the roasted vege salad arrived and the taste buds were very surprised. From the awesome ladies serving us and their friendliness was very welcoming. I took my husband there a few days later, and he absolutely loved the mince on the menu, and I had the chicken pesto salad. Once again, the flavors were delicious, and caramel latte in these gorgeous mugs was worth the trip out to Oxford. Highly recommend this cafe. Well done...
