Airport Gateway Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Christchurch

I was pleasantly surprised by this quite and especially quaint Resturant. At first I thought I would walk around the corner for a basic meal. The waitress seated me, gave me some time to decide. She came back at the right time to take my order, which arrived soon afterwards.

People, I was blown away. The quality of the food, the Grace and pleasantness of the waitress . All out of this world… I will definitely be back to eat and taste another meal, even enjoy yet another great...

These people are like part of my extended family at this point.

Some of the older rooms are drafty and uninspired but they're clean and comfortable. If you need a place that can accommodate six people without breaking the bank, check them out. The suites have kitchenettes which is perfect for extended stays.

The new wing is really nice: Single rooms instead of suites but cozy and nice showers.

The food is quite good and prices are in line with any other establishment...

Who would think an airport hotel would provide one of the finest dining experiences we had in 2 weeks of travelling Southland? Attentive personal service from a gorgeous host.
