Recent change of management. Such friendly and quick service. Dropped in for lunch and ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with a side of salad included. Tasted fresh and the chicken was seasoned just right neither too sweet nor too salty as can be the case with some others. Aki is simply one of the best japanese restaurant in Christchurch! It’s the real deal if you love authentic japanese and also reasonably priced! I love the Salmon Bento, generous portion, great presentation skill with great colors from the lovely mix of differently delicious ingredients and the taste was out of this world!
