Burger King Belfast — Restaurant in Christchurch

Just left after ordering a meal "la chicken" with nice girls at the counter, had noticed there was no crispy onion rings in my burger, not too worried about it one of the girls suggested making it again alright I said since I was already at the counter and I proceeded to go and sit back down. A few minutes had passed and alot of what seemed like yelling from the kitchen then from across the restaurant a foreign man possibly Indian with a average looking tattoo on his left forearm shouted WHERE IS YOUR OLD BURGER. confused I asked him to repeat himself to his reply YOU WANT ME TO MAKE ANOTHER WHERE IS THE OLD ONE! I explained to this well-educated gentleman that I had thrown it in the bin. He leaves out the back. Now this next bit is very honest.. There was so much banging and crashing out the back sounded like the chicken had gotten loose and he was trying to catch it to get it in the burger, 6 mins had passed.. then one of the lovley ladies brought it over while our new friend cool tattoo arm giving me the death stare from the corner of the counter. I said thank you and she apologized witch was nice although we both know it's not her fault. And to cut the last bit short , too my amazement the burger base was mashed, old mate had used only the best left over lettuce ( the cabbage type) under cooked crispy onions and to top it off .. about 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce. Cheers mate I guess you won 🏆 what ever satisfaction you got out of being a complete dosch ' you have accomplished. Burger left on the dining table. Rocked on in and hit by bad smell as soon as you enter, kinda like uncleaned toilets. 1st mistake not leaving then. Waited for ages only to be told we aren’t open, so why is the door open. Our back door won’t open so we have to use the front door for deliveries according to the Indian lady, she is a LIAR! Coming in I saw a blonde girl and a teenage boy unloading from a palate taking stock in thru the back door. I also asked why If what you are telling me is the truth which it’s not as I saw them using that door isn’t there a sign on the counter/door explaining this, there wasn’t she started to tell me there was until I said show it to me. Seriously this is my local BK and one of my only Uber eats options in Belfast... I DREAD ordering here but sometimes you need to fill the gap and well you kind of expect it to be like the others. It's no where near the others out of my 8 orders here the drive through staff are so rude, no thank you, no good bye or anything they just chuck a couple of bags at you and you're ALWAYS missing something. Don't even bother asking for sauce or no ice in your drink, you may as well be speaking another language they have no ability to listen. Staff need serious training... You think your special written instructions on Uber eats are any better? Nah not a chance, who cares if you write...
