Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Christchurch

We ordered online and said it would be delivered 9:50 to 10:00. The status said it was still preparing. 10:07 and our pizza was still preparing. We checked the second time and the status online says it was still preparing, it was already 10:30 at this point. The second time we called they said they sent their driver back because we said our address was wrong. If there was an attempt to deliver the first one they’d know our house was only just beside the address that was pinned online, and we were waiting by the door from 9:50-10:10. After we called the 2nd time only the status online was updated and now we have to wait 10:35-10:45. From 9:50-10:00, we have to wait for another hour and already hungry at this point. The worst delivery I’ve every encountered.

In response to the reply: we’ve already been waiting long before we even changed the address and we only changed the house number, it was just across the address that was pinned online. If it was delivered after 10:00 we’d know because we were constanly checking by the door but there’s no one there. We have ordered from them before and we always wait by the door because the website always pins the house across us and not our house, we just told them it was the wrong one because it’s late and we didn’t want to disturb our neighbour if they knock on them. The online site is how we can only see the update of our order and it was still preparing, it only changed after we called at 10:27. I ordered online today for delivery. The pizza arrived and was luke warm and the pizza base was raw (one of the pizzas also had chicken on it). I rung up to talk to the staff and they didn't believe that the pizza was not cooked and I had to drive down to the shop to prove it was raw and because they wouldn't deliver actually cooked food. When I got to the shop they still denied that the pizza was raw when the dough was so raw I could stretch it with my fingers. Expressed my concern to the owner on their pizzas being raw. I got told I knew nothing and that them serving raw pizzas was non of my concern. I completely got abused. Anyway they gave me a refund then said they would replace my order but only gave me one pizza and that one was more raw then the three pizzas I ordered previously. Ordered delivery pizza, waited for an hour with no contact. Tried calling the store, but no answer, so drove to the store, only to be told the store didn't have a delivery driver (on a Saturday night), and that the order had been canceled, and that a refund should be on its way.

This is some of the worst service I've ever seen from a multinational company. Any kind of contact should have been made, or the order should not have been able to be confirmed. What kind of pizza establishment that offers delivery-specific specials, not have a delivery driver, especially on what can be the busiest night of the week?

Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs.
