That was how my previous review started, how far the mighty have fallen. What used to be an excellent little family restaurant with admittedly terrible service is now just a terrible restaurant with terrible service. The new owners paid for the old Google account apparently so their 4.6 star reviews are disingenuous, this is now a 1 star eatery.

The water i drank with the meal was thicker than the curry i got and had more flavour.

Have to downgrade my review from 4 to 1 star after a recent experience here. Had to wait 50 minutes for takeaways. This seemed to be due to kitchen unable to cope with two large tables, which was less than 50% capacity of the entire restaurant. Sheer incompetence. The opposite of the fast food experience that I sought. Will never return for fear I will again be held hostage like this again.
