Phenomenal! Could not be more stoked with our experience. Clear communication from the start that there may be a 30 min wait for food, but food came faster than expected and was AMAZING. You need to get the squid when you come along with the pâté and halloumi. Lots of sauces/dips made by the chef which were exceptional. Great menu items for sharing plates and yummy cocktails. Everything was also very very reasonably priced for the quality. Staff were so friendly, funny and had excellent recommendations. Lovely drinks, atmosphere and service! The setting for Penny Black is unbeatable - a waterfront heritage building with a killer outdoor view and and equally cozy indoor spaces, plus a thoughtful wine and beer list and an extensive cocktail selection.
