Delicious bread and pastries at this small bakery. These Brunsviger were really good. A lovely light pastry with crunch at the bottom. The almond croissants were lovely too, as was the soup of the day. There is free filter coffee and a couple of tables and chairs outside, so rug up. I can't wait for my next visit so I can try more pastries here. Mmmmmmm!

The BEST vegan brioches (always heaps of flavours) and the bread is a solid 10/10 every time. I honestly can’t pick a favourite. Loving the new pesto croissant rolls, and the huge avo + tomato sandwiches, they’re to die for. Oat milk flat whites are consistently perfect. Can’t fault this place. Run, don’t walk.

Such an authentic bakery.:you get to watch the talented and passionate Baker at work. Everything is made from scratch, the Beef and Blue cheese pie is just great: perfect balance of cheese and meat taste, lots of filling and flaky buttery pastry.... YUM!

The Featherston bakery has really hit its stride. I don't know whether it's new staff or machinery, but one way or another the produce is no longer charred. Loaves are a perfect balance of moist, tasty bread encased in a clean and crunchy crust. Pastries are light and delicious with mouth - watering fillings, and they still find room to surprise us with experimental gastronomy. 'Very well done' now just...

We stopped by Featherstone to get fuel and a bite and we found this A M A Z I N G BAKER!!! We tried the reuben sandwich, the pork and kumara pie, the beef and blue cheese pie, and the raspberry truffle. We also took some white sourdough and a ciabatta that we are going to try tonight, exciting!!! We absolutely loved every bite of every thing we got from this place, and the baker herself was super lovely!!...
