Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Franklin

First and possibly last online order at this new Pizza Hut. Were having a family gathering for a birthday, did online order for 4 XL pizzas and 2 garlic breads at 1520 to be picked up at 1830. Got a call at 1757 reminding us that we had food to pickup, I said it was to be picked up at 1830, person I talked to said it had been ready at 1541 as that’s what the app had said, they then said they’d had trouble with the app in the past. I asked if the food could be remade, they replied ‘depends’ on what I don’t know. Daughter went to pickup food at 1830 to be presented with the food that had been made at 1541 she asked if it could be remade, people in shop said no XL bases left - no offer of refund (the app made us pay when we placed the order (over $80)), no offer to make smaller based pizzas to that value it was take it or leave it.
