Exceptionally good EVERYTHING!! The breads are like no other, and can't fault any of their cabinet food, whether it's a cronut or salads. Their chocolate slice is AMAZING, come up with any reason at all to try it (the fact you made your bed, went to the gym, cheat treat, literally any reason, even that you read this review! You won't regret it!) My husband could live off of the selection of sausage rolls, the croissants are like you're in Europe and a homemade burger, eggs benny, anytime you use bread, Volare make it 10x better! We love the 2 for 10 deal and the coffee, it honestly can't be beaten, its exceptionally made and we would rather grab some of their cabinet food and coffee and have a picnic in the park than eat at a cafe, they just do everything better! There's food inclusive for everyone unless your celiac (although they take massive care to not cross contaminate!) And even offer not just soy milk but almond and coconut too! (Recommend the coconut even if you're a dairy drinker!) Staff are brilliant and friendly. If you can't get there before what you want is gone, they do "breadboxes" and deliver whatever you order to a large part of the waikato. It's far more than a typical bakery and totally worth ordering if you aren't close to a store. Literally...

Food is always yummy and can’t fault the selection. My issue today was with the coffee. They are the more expensive place to get one but always had a good experience until today. Came in for three takeaway coffees 2x Mochas & a Cappuccino and they were all lukewarm and super milky! Couldn’t taste any flavour or coffee it was actually awful ended up tipping them. For $22.50 for coffee it’s not great and a massive off put.

Edit 22/07/24: Have since been in contact with Amy and sorted us out with replacement coffees and some baked goods it was very nice and unexpected so thank you very much- very appreciated, and the service was lovely- the guy that made our coffees was exactly how I remember it previously- very good....

Coffee - not even worth a star. Super expensive $7 for a small cup and worst coffee of our lives, ended with tummy aches. Something definitely changed recently as we were regular coffee drinkers a while ago. Worst experience with coffees at Volare today at Gallagher Drive. Walked with the team of 4 to get coffees and experience the new store. Most of us ordered Mocha and it tasted like milk - can't taste either coffee or chocolate. Had to throw away my coffee after first few sips, money wasted. Two of my colleagues are having tummy aches and are sick just after an hour of coffee. It wasn't even busy period, staff forgot colleague's coffee and didn't even apologize for the delay. !

Never going again....

Good friendly staff. Hot chocolate is nice. I wanted to have the Tomato and lentil soup but I was very surprised they serve it in a take away cup (the drinking cup for drinks). It's not even welcoming to have a soup in a take away cup. Foods are served very cold and they can not heat it up. So we have to take it home to heat it up properly. In conclusion, hot drinks, very cold food and soups served in a take away drinking cups. Won't come again and waste my money. Am not sure how they got their awards that was filling the walls of the place. Maybe their breads are good, I haven't tried them. But I know they will be served cold.

Such an aesthetic bakery/cafe! All the breads and pastries were delicious, packed with flavour. I strongly recommed the almond croissant, it literally melts in your mouth, with the perfect crunch of the puffy outer pastry, the filling is the perfect sweetness without being overwhelming - and the almonds are roasted to perfection!! ♡ The chicken and brie pie was also scrumptious!! Perfect savoury to compliment the sweet pastry. Coffee was perfect too- lovely roast.
