Ordered two large pizzas and two sides, one side was a 1.5L Coke. The order arrived relatively quickly but we received a L&P instead of a Coke. I phoned the store and said that I would like the L&P collected, and that I wanted a refund for the Coke. The person said that they were very busy so the driver would only be able to get there in 30 minutes to an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half, I decided to take the L&P to the store myself. I returned the L&P and was given a refund which was fine.
In the meantime, the driver had arrived and when my husband told him that I took it to the store myself because they were taking too long to collect, the driver told my husband that WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME AND HIS PETROL. So never mind the fact that Dominoes mucked up the order, it is now our fault for wasting their time and petrol.
How about Dominoes Hastings take some responsibility for their own mistakes instead of blaming the customer? If you didnāt have the Coke in stock, why not get in contact with the customer and ask them to pick an alternative instead of deciding on their behalf and then having a crappy attitude when you are told it's not what...

Also got a mega metlovers and only bit of meat on mega meat lovers to be seen was peperoni. So payed for 2x pizzas and all we got where 2x disappointments. I phoned the number and got thu to the shop. The rude Indian guy that answered said he was manager and was super rude and didnt care so complained online and didn't recive a email back. Tonight we went in got 2 x pizzas and once again half the stuff missing off the pizzas even the bbq on the mega meatlovers. Who ever is quality contol needs to go back to pizza school.... this is not good enough. If you are paying for the items advertised you should be receiving. Dominos hastings... don't respond with this saying contact the store they don't do anything.........

Today I went in after calling to order, and collected myself.
My experience was: 1 - the covod tracer wasn't working, and its not wonder as it was a pale faded printed version that wasn't laminated and clearly of little importance. I was told they'll do another one after they agreed it wasn't functioning properly....don't hold your breath I feel !
2 - there's no pay wave. That hurts with a franchise this size I would expect better than that, on top of no covod tracer it was disappointing (there wasn't a pen and paper version either so oldies without the app wouldn't have any chance of showing they had been in).
3 - unfortunately the place felt grubby and the keys on the eftpos confirm they weren't ever cleaned.
So I'll be trying another store to help Dominoes next time ....or I'll be moving to another pizza...
