We were just two innocent souls in a campervan, chasing snacks and sun, when we stumbled upon this café. Thought we'd grab a quick bite and be on our merry way. Little did we know… we were about to fall HEAD OVER TOAST in love.
Hubby ordered the breakfast brioche expecting something casual. You know, egg, bacon, the usual suspects. What he got was a fluffy, golden, butter-kissed cloud sent straight from the brunch gods. The egg was so perfectly cooked it winked at me. The caramelized onion? whispering sweet nothings to my tastebuds. I swear he almost proposed. To the loaf. Not me.
We sat there in stunned silence, halfway through chewing, exchanging looks like: Did we just find our soulmate in brioche form?
The coffee? Smooth enough to make a jazz saxophonist weep.
10/10 would veer off the highway, abandon our itinerary, and possibly the campervan just to eat this brioche again. Honestly considering a tattoo in its honour.
Small café, huge flavors, and now the bar is set so high every other breakfast has trust issues.
Thanks so...

It is soft...
