This hotel does not allow privacy signs - they do not even have any. Just after check in and not finding privacy signs, I told them I didn't want them in the room, even to clean, and they said they would make a note. This was a lie. They absolutely do not respect your privacy and will force their way into the room. They came in the room when I was asleep in the separate bedroom - they were alone in the front room where I had left my purse - and of course I was missing cash but have no way to prove it. Add to this that they were already confrontational and we had the room for a week and a half, thus I did not report this in fear of even more problems (without proof it was rather moot anyway). They entered the bedroom when they did not know I was there, woke me after 4 hrs of sleep. I finally put a chair in front of the door only to find it moved when I work up! After this, I also made a "do not disturb" sign of my own yet they came in the room anyway and took my sign, which was wedged around the door (you would have to open it to get it out). I will never stay at this place again. I suspect they may also be recording in the bedroom - something flashed several times in the middle of the night from the box on the TV, which was turned off at the outlet. I don't know what this was but I put paper over the box clear plastic window after that. Other minor issues: they do not provide facial tissues or paper towels...
Read moreI rang the male owner/manager about false advertising what was on the booking.com website under important information the motel requirements was one or more of the following so a negative test results was one requirement and that's what the guests went on. Only to get there and be turned away at 9pm with no where to stay this guy was heartless!!! Even tryed to deny that this was even on the booking.com website. Would just like to add it has since been changed im guessing after i told him to read it himself i still have the screenshot which was my proof and in the end it came down to him making excuses unprofessional and just being another person creating a divide and discrimination between vaccinated or unvaccinated. Yes you have a choice to run your business how you want but when it's on a website and you don't follow through with what you say on there then that's your fault and they should have at least honored them there 1 night stay they had paid for because it was there in black and white!!! Yes he refunded them but they didn't get that till Monday!! 2 days later Which ment they had to pay out of there pockets again for more accomadation. Before even getting there money back. My opinion Poor management flase advertising unprofessional. honor your word is all that needed...
Read moreVery bad service by the man was working in the motor lodge. He came to the departure time to us and show us the towel that were used by us and comment some discriminative words on my family. I booked the other room next morning before he comment on us as their existing booking was cancel so lady informed us if we want to stay one more day then I booked different room number while we were shifting the room the shaved head man who was working at reception might be the owner came to us and showed us the towel that we use previously and passed some bad comments on us and said I do not want to give you the room because of the towels were dirty so I went to the reception and asked for the refund for next day that i booked again. The man was at the reception was discriminative man. He did not know how to talk to the customer as I heard this first time as we used the towels provide by them in room for shower. I think that the man who passed bad comment , want that customer come to the lodge and will not use the towel so he can save some penny to wash the towel.
