waited an hour for two drinks, got one after the hour then asked for a refund for our time spent waiting after a couple people asked for refunds too. after making the second drink we got our refund then the lady took the drink off my friend. and accused us of lying about the other people getting refunds as well as their drinks and food. was super rude to us we had been waiting there longer than the other people too. never getting tank from here again. all the coworkers did was argue and make the wrong drinks that have been left on the side of the counter still as we left. adding my friends drink we had both been waiting for and wasting our time when we had kids to pick up all to not get the product. what a...

Highly recommend Hastings Tank!!

Superb service. Young girl who served me today was super nice and had a big smile on her face while serving. Was very helpful. Was a bit busy at the time, and it was just two people working, so I understood when she said it would take about ten mins. Lucky Kmart and other shops are right next door so you can have a browse whilst you wait.

The smoothie I got was the all berry tank and that was so good! Super fresh and tasty. Also got the Vietnamese salad which was delectable. So much flavour and generous portions.

Practises are also very clean and they do a good job at maintaining...

Went in just at 4:20pm, closing time is shown as 5pm. After 5 min of waiting the woman serving this arvo then decided to say they ain’t serving as they have their cleaning stuff to do and will serve later- which by that time they’re closed anyway LOL. Which I understand they have cleaning to do, but if your store ain’t shutting until 5pm customers should still be served during till near that time and cleaning would as expected be done at same time.
