Seasonings — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

I use their website to make specific orders especially if Im sending someone else to take my order for me. So I don't complete the online purchase but use it to specify exactly what I need then (photo provided) because I found that ordering online is a different price from ordering in person. Even when I provide a screenshot of my specific order with this method, they've managed to get it wrong both times.

The first time I used this method, they added all the salads despite my clear request to leave some out. The second time, I ordered a large combo but only received a kebab without sides. I had to return 2-3 times to get it corrected, and the staff member even questioned if we knew what we were doing. They also added onions, even though I did not request them, and the screenshot showed exactly what I wanted in my kebab. They ask questions about size, sauces, salads and drink when the screenshot already provides what they need to know. I'm unsure if they are just lazy to read the full order because it seems like a 1 second look at the screen and a nod. They confuse the person I am sending in with their questions.

I visited Seasonings for the first time on Sunday, October 13th at 1 pm, and I was blown away by the exceptional service and mouth-watering food!

Our server, Didi Hakima, was an absolute gem! Her warm smile and welcoming demeanour immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and ensured my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic.

Didi Hakima highly recommended her favourite Chicken Kebab Wrap, and I'm so glad I took her advice! The wrap was succulent, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The combination of juicy chicken, crispy veggies, and tangy sauce was absolute perfection.

The ambience was cosy and inviting. The restaurant's attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect, from the decor to the food presentation.

What truly made my experience stand out was Didi Hakima's exceptional service. She checked in regularly and made sure I had everything I needed.

I’m a local for this place, and they never disappoint. Their spicy chicken is packed with flavour and it’s juicy 10/10, their spicy cheesy wrap is my favourite because it’s got the right amount of salad/meat/sauce ratio 10/10 their fries are yummy too, seasoned so well, their meat on chips are also seasoned well and very generous with the sauce! Their broast sauce, I think it’s new, when I was in-store I asked what sauce comes in the wrap, the person serving me literally said “it’s our spicy sauce, would you like to taste it” and put some on a spoon for me and I was absolutely SOLD bc I was able to taste. Speaking of the workers, these guys operate long hours but NEVER ever have they been giving poor service, they’re happy to help, they’re patient (esp with my slow self) and they’re willing to answer the questions and they’re just so kind, their service is always 10/10 I cannot recommend these guys enough, great service and food is always well seasoned!
