Subway — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Well I don’t know where to start, what a life changing experience, never did I think such outstanding customer service was possible to find in this day and age. After a very stressful day due to personal reasons, a warm welcome and smile to greet me as I walked through the door was just what I needed, this was my first time at subway northcross and the beautiful, polite young lady named Indigo who greeted me went on to help me decide what subway to get as my mind was all over the show. She was very knowledgeable in giving great advice of what subway I should get based of my particular taste preferences, it made me feel very special and looked after, she also suggested that I upgraded to a combo to give myself a sweet treat to end the meal on which I thought was another exceptional touch of thoughtfulness and balanced with a great business mindset of always looking to upsell without being overbearing or pushy. I would love to find an employee like Indigo for my own business, I can’t recall the last time I ever had such great customer service, I will definitely be recommending this subway beach to all my family...

The 2 girls that work here in the afternoon gave me attitude for no reason at all. I'm a local and I come here quite alot and normally very good food and staff are friendly. Not this time.... Im disgusted at the way these 2 girls conducted themselves, they were rude and had really bad attitudes... they did not care about the food that i was paying for.. Seems like they hate their jobs and if that's the case they shouldn't be working in a customer service roll. Worst subway experience...
