The Coffee Club Silverdale — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

I was having a great time at the Coffee Club. The blonde girl with glasses was very nice and helpful in getting my well-anticipated spinach and feta sausage roll. But then it happened, the blonde girl with the glasses presented me with a spinach and feta sausage roll. I cut into the well-presented sausage roll and put the food on my fork and enter it into my starving mouth. But to my horror, I take the first elegant bite and realized. I was in a state of shock when I realized the Russian arctic winds flooding my mouth. The sausage roll was unfortunately cold. I panicked, but I was too scared and lazy for better words to go to the counter and ask to be heated again. I sat on the desolate couch in the center of the room freezing to death because of the sausage roll. I would end up finishing the sausage roll with a little chill in my mouth. Also, the blonde girl made a coffee. This coffee was well made, not hot but cold a nice warm coffee. Overall my experience as a professional food eater was very delightful and would recommend people to the Coffee...

Terrible, terrible, terrible... Overpriced, poor service and terrible food. I've had a couple of bad experiances with The Coffee Club Silverdale, but the coffee has been okay... Until my last experiance. There's a problem when the food comes ahead of the coffee, the coffee looks like a bad toilet experiance and tastes terrible (btw I'm not a coffee connoisseur). Another time, order was mixed up and I was over charged, due to a till error. Consequently, this was poorly handled as the server informed about this in my ear/eye shot and I was embarrassed. My order was remade and ended up taking a long time. Further to this, among the chaos I had to pay for my 2nd coffee that I had while waiting for my meal! Other times the meal has been poorly presented and not as the menu nor as plates served at other Coffee Club's. I'm not coming back and it's sad that this franchise has let the...

If I could give 0 stars I would have… This morning I ordered a Halloumi Wrap (a special advertised for the day). I asked the lady behind the counter if it was vegetarian, which she’s wasn’t too sure about, so she went to ask in the kitchen. The cook/manager came out to reassure me that it was vegetarian. I ordered my meal as a takeaway. When I finally got my order, got back on the road, and stopped a while later to eat, I took a bite straight into a piece of chicken. It was nothing fancy: A wrap, with one piece of warm lettuce, soggy tomato, a piece of halloumi, and pieces of chicken that looked unspiced and bland.
