Customer service? What customer service....if you can't understand English enough to communicate so you listen to what the customer is saying & wants then don't serve behind the counter. Get another job. Instead of putting family in serving jobs. Get your act together employ locals who understand locals.

Terribly let down then l read the reviews & realised with all the 1,s that this Cafe owner must only care about the fast bucks 💲💲💲& rely on walk by traffic. Very poor communication.

Id rate my entire experience as a big round nought. Waited 40 min for 2 toasties. Told me when I enquired, that theyd lost my order? 30 min on, 2 dry horrible toasties arrived. Coffee had still not arrived after the food was choked down. 3 more attempts to ask for the coffee thereafter?? Told it was coming but instead other orders were sent out? Eventually I refused to leave the counter and insisted that the young guy, who had a bad attitude too, make the coffee IMMEDIATELY and in take away cups as I was on the verge of shouting and being very rude to him. Was a horrible, disgusting, angry embarrassment, especially as I was "treating" a friend to lunch. I will most DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK!!! I have personally NEVER ever experienced such horrific food service anywhere...

A disappointing visit. Ordered a date scone and coffee (along with pieces of chocolate cake for my grandsons who will devour ANYTHING). Scone was heated but was notably stale to eat. Asked for it to nbe replaced with a fresh one, and the same one came back - just reheated! Sent it back again with very clear instructions I expected a fresh scone, and was then delivered a blueberry/ almond one! Gave up at this point and took it home to eat later.

I think an english language issue didnt help with understanding my concerns. BTW the blueberry almond scone was OK and was fresh when I ate it later at home, apart from lacking any real flavour .
