The Coffee Club Meadowlands Plaza — Restaurant in Howick

I've been to a few coffee clubs in Auckland & this one has got to be on the lowest scale. Last dish i had here looked half fresh & the other half looked a bit suspect like other customers left overs were recooked or heated..if they can get away with it. The amount they charge! should have went somewhere else. If i get a reply to this? good try but no. Maybe take a look at your chef?

Not to mention coffee still has a bitter taste. Spend some money already & get some proper espresso coffee cups. Those mugs are awful. To charge that much for an espresso coffee at least have proper espresso cups.

No actually this is a genuine reveiw. I can assure you i am not one of your competitors ha' so stop using that line for every honest low reveiw you can't except. There are good reveiws & there are not good reveiws. This one happens to be another not good reveiw. This is what reveiws...

I regularly get my coffees with Coconut milk at other coffee clubs. These guys didn’t have it, that’s fine no problems.

The right customer service thing to do would be to go right next door to the countdown to buy some for your customer.

But no, they didn’t offer, again, that’s fine no problem.

Rather than drive out of my way, I’m quite happy to go to the countdown get a few groceries and get some coconut milk so they can make my coffee. Again no issues here

But then you have the GALL to charge me for a Large Flat white $6.20 when I supply my own milk? Not $4.10 for an espresso? And to top it off not very polite about either.

I’m not one to be so fussy usually but strict diet restrictions means I have to be accomodating, I believe I was, only to be treated so badly leaves a bad...

Since the new owners took over the cafe, quality of food has deteriorated terribly. It is because it's in a prime location and the only cafe within the Meadowlands shopping center, it still manages to draw a crowd. The cabinet food and coffee is okay. But the cooked meals r pathetic. We ordered 2 Eggs Benedict and both looked like it was prepared by a child for Mother's day breakfast! The eggs were overdone. The mushrooms were fried dry. Ciabatta bread was tough. Not even with a sliver of butter! Shame as this reflects badly on the CC franchises. Or are they just bidding time to sell on to...
