The male staff/probably the owner was very rude and acts snobby. we tried to order around 3pmish on a quiet day and the drinks we wanted apparently are not available, so we tried changing it thinking that might just be that, but he started getting angry and speaking to us in a condescending tone making us look like idiots. I asked which one's are still available to order and he just said no pearl. since he didn't explain it properly, we didn't know what he was on about cos we were getting sago not pearls 🙄. We left as he was clearly not accepting customers and ordered yogust instead. We just wanted to have some boba that day but instead got this treatment, and seeing from the other reviews they're getting, it looks like it's been a common issue for this particular shop. Myself and my family purchased drinks here on 24/05/2022. We were served by two Asian females aged in their mid 20s who were very rude with their customer services, both appeared to be more interested in hurrying us up with picking what we wanted and rushed back on their phones.

I had a Oreo Matcha, this tasted off. I chucked it and couldn’t return to lodge a complaint due to already being on the road and in heavy traffic. Roughly 3 hours after I could feel my tummy rumbling and hurting, also really bad diarrhoea. Few days later my family complained stomach pain and vomiting with diarrhoea. We believe the business are using expired ingredients and unhygienic practices.

I want to warn the public about this food business having very bad food safety and hygiene. Stay safe and don’t waste your hard earned money at this...

Disappointing Experience.

I ordered a milk tea with white pearls, but the experience was frustrating from the start. When I asked for it, the staff member seemed confused and said they didn’t sell it. I had to clarify by asking, 'Do you not have milk tea or white pearls?' She then said they had both. It became clear she didn’t even know the menu combination options. When the drink finally came, it was almost completely white, with no tea flavor—just sugary milk. I pointed out that this wasn’t what milk tea is supposed to look or taste like, but the staff just shrugged and offered no solution. The attitude felt like, 'I make crap, you take crap.'
