Very poor service, multiple times I choose the car park delivery and they never provided it, I waited outside shop where they could clearly see my car with the hazard lights on but literally every staff member and the delivery guys ignored it. I called them number of time but never answer the phone and this is not the first time I am talking about. Everytime I choose the car park delivery but end up going by myself and collecting it and the staff don’t even care. All of them are working with the wireless headphones on but none of them pays attention to the customer or the phone. Today I decided I’d should bring this up to the manager and I asked the guy if the manager is available to have a word and he says yes and soon he comes back saying sorry he is not here. I could hear all of them mumbling as I am sure manager decided to not show up. Again I requested if I can speak to somebody please. This guy came and I explained the whole situation to him and how I was sitting right outside and watching them Ignoring the my calls. His response was oh the phone must be broken and i don’t have the log in to check the car park delivery orders. I asked him why do you even advertise something that you are not capable of providing plus don’t even provide good customer service at all. He was making excuses again and they do that Everytime Ohh our system is down. I told him how I have been waiting in my car for 15 min since my pizza is ready and now can I please have my cold pizza and surprisingly the walked and literally gave me pizza sitting there for 15 minutes. I have never seen such a poor management and the poor customer service so far. How are they even allowed to work with the headphones on. I am so disappointed that I came from work and end up having to have this lower standard service. When I called to complain that the pizza I received had not met my expectations , I was offered a replacement , but only once it was checked out by the delivery guy. (He didn't come to the door with a replacement product he came to check it almost an hour later. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my calls were met with silence, leaving me without a resolution or a refund.
