I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness of the barista on this mornings shift @ 7:20am, and waited for what seemed like an eternity for my coffee, whilst the barista gossiped to another staff member. I had to ask if one of the coffees sitting to the side was mine, and she snapped yes, I advised her it would have been polite of her to let me know rather than me stand there waiting, her response was absolutely disgusting and she was muttering as I was leaving she was mouthing off to me...I will never return to this establishment, I will be driving past in the future, rude service and mediocre coffee. Not the first time I have had bad service here. The worst BP I've delt with in my years...

Being a bp coffee lover but NEVER faced such a DISCRIMINATION around all New Zealand besides this bp (dannevirke). Staff was really SLOW they took 15-20 MINUTES for just 1 CUP of COFFEE that was also not MADE GOOD enough. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF that can't even read the instructions on CUP.

Went in on Wednesday morning 6am to order 3 coffees. The shop was very busy but the young lady behind the counter was extremely efficient and was able to serve and make great coffees all at the same time. Well done her. Come on management...
