Now i remember why i don't order dominos... We ordered two thin and crispy pizzas - a pepperoni and a supreme. Our order was ready really quickly and the delivery guy dropped it off within 30mins of our order which was nice. Pizzas were not crispy at all, both were undercooked on the base and when picked up, they fell to bits and the topping fell off. Topping was not evenly spread, more in some patches than others, some slices had no toppings on them at all - you could tell the pizza has been literally thrown together with absolutely no care.

And that's why i stopped ordering dominos last time, and why I'll stop ordering them again now. The pizza is rubbish, rushed and simply not worth it with much better non-chain options nearby. The owner of this place needs to take a serious look at how it's actually running, and focus on quality as well as speed. Yuck.

I brought a cheesy garlic from manurewa mcannalley and took one bite from my pizza and I came upon a black hair which was in my pizza and immediately stopped eating. We called the manger at Domino's manurewa mcannalley and we demanded a refund but they denclined and said they would make us another one but we had to come it pickup. Obviously we declined the offer because we were in the middle of eating with our whanau and we weren't about to waste gas. The lady we were on call with said she should give us another pizza with extra stuff however when she cut the call we called the manger which said they wouldn't do that. After all that I still don't have a refund and I am a unhappy coustmer at the moment, I will most likely not be choosing dominos pizza because of this incident.
