Beach Pizza Manurewa — Local services in Manurewa

This is my first and last experience with Beach Pizza Manurewa. I am extremely dissatisfied with both their food and service. We placed a takeaway order 4 pizzas at 7:30 PM. Firstly, the pizza we wished to order from the menu was not available. Secondly, the wait time was excessively long; they informed me it would take 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, I arrived at the store and our food was not ready. There were two outsiders inside the store, and the staff were engaged in conversation with one another. It became clear that this was the reason for the delay in our food. Additionally, there are serious concerns regarding food safety and health regulations. The staff prepared the pizzas and handled the ingredients without wearing gloves in our presence. This store is unsuitable for vegetarian customers. Despite placing an online order at 9:50 PM and arriving promptly for pickup, I was shocked to find the store closed upon my arrival. Upon contacting another nearby store, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful, showing a lack of concern for my situation. Despite my request for delivery from a different branch, I was met with refusal and excuses, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction. Very disappointed used to come here twice weekly. After several months away from Auckland was told that the first 4 pizzas o ordered where not available i ordered a different paneer pizza and asked for chilli flakes to be added. Result was no chill and too much cheese. As someone who is an Italian pizziola I'm very disappointed. I end up with a pizza that only taste of cheese and not the individual taste of ingredients. The staff have all changed and do not speak good English. What has happened to the good business you had 4 months ago?
