SAB Indian Sweets & Snacks — Restaurant in Manurewa

Racist. I don’t mean to be rude, but if you’re india their customer service is fantastic outstanding and all of the above. But if you’re not then they will be incredibly rude and disrespectful. Me and my mum came here to order nan bread and butter chicken sauce without the chicken. We were the only islanders in the place and the only ones being treated rudely. First they served ppl who came long after us before us, and then when me and my mum were just lookin around we looked they the kitchen and when they saw us they shut the door as if they did something to our food? And when they handed our food the lady just threw it into the bag and handed it to use without looking as we try to say thank u she spoke over us to take the next customer. On top of this they didn’t give us the sauce we asked for. When we confronted them they said this is their butter chicken sauce when it clearly wasn’t. We then decided maybe they were in a bad mood? But I asked my Indian friend who lived near this place to go in an order the exact same order as me, he was served the order with great service and the REAL butter chicken sauce, he tried asking him “are u sure this is the real butter chicken sauce” and they said yes. I went there to get samosas and sweets. i am regular from 3 years and spending every week in this shop. Samosas and barfi is awesome, no doubt. But service is very bad no value for customers. The guys stands in front doesnt care most of time what customer is asking. Such attitude i dont expect and many more more when they go to any restaurant n takeaway. This is fantastic local Indian restaurant in heart manurwa, next to pizza hut on great south Road.

There are lots of parking around. The foods are very tasty, butter chicken, lamb madras, lamb saagwala, very hot dish lamb vindaloo and lots more very yummy.

SAB also sells India sweets, are freshly made daily. They look like beautiful art works, taste fabolous.

The restaurant keeps tidy and clean in general, not display council hygiene certificate in obvious place.
