I'm giving a 1 because 0 is not an option. Gozlema was simply a wrap with a little chicken and a little cheese! Very unauthentic and not a Gozlema at all. The meal before me was clearly a chicken and chip meal, however when it was given to the server it had lamb or some red meat on it. She realised the error and handed it back to the man on the grill. To my disgust he simply picked the red meat out and gave it back to the sever (pretty sure that meat went back into the pot for the next meal!). My partner got the grill lamb kofte sandwich. No one knew how to make it and it took two of them reading the menu to figure it out. Owners have spent the money on shop presentation and ordering technology - i recommend spending some money on staff training and perhaps then you may get repeat customers. But hey - perhaps they do...

I ordered online, and my confirmation email gave me an order number that doesn't match the numbers they use in the restaurant, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. They asked for my name when I arrived to pick up my order, so I gave them the name I used in the app and the guy at the counter said it was cooking.

Fast forward 30 minutes waiting, 45 minutes after I originally ordered, I went up to the front counter to find my food had been sitting on the cold counter for about 25 minutes, and it had gone cold. Nobody told me my order was ready. I asked them to remake it and they were helpful and did so, and it tasted great, which is why they aren't getting 1 star today.

My partner and I ordered at the kiosk. I picked my meat and my sauces. I watched my partner pick different meat AND different sauces to the ones I picked. When we got our receipt, we noticed that the meats had swapped around between us picking our orders and the machine printing the receipt, and my partner had my meat with his sauces and vice versa. When I talked to them about it as they were finishing up our food, the man at the counter said, "I'm sorry it's already done, there's nothing I can do." He then told me I was wrong, and didn't offer to compensate with anything. Don't bother going if you're not prepared to be disappointed.
