I live in Bombay in the Waikato. Today my father and I travelled to St Patrick's Church for mass. After we decided to treat ourselvrs to Bueger King for dinner. I wad appalled at the food and the service.
Had to wait 6 mimutes to place a order as all staff were concentrating on drive through orders.
*Finally placed our dine in order of a triple stack large combo and coupon 5 (2 bbq bacon cheeseburger and 2 small fries)
*After waiting in our seats for 8 minutes i went up to the counter to get our order that was still not ready.
*After anot2het 5 minutes it appeared on the screen as teady, yet when I asked were it was 2 young men looked at each other confused and then said it must be the order sitting in takeaway bags, that were just sitting getting cold. By then a lady (Ana who looked like a manager as she had a different uniform ) not sure if this is the correct name, just tipped the bags contents onto a tray and handed it to me
I advised i was not impressed.
So the chips were by now cold and so were the burgers and to top off this awful visit my dads triple stack was squashed and only had 2 patties.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH BURGER KING, WHEN YOU TREAT YOURSELF AND CHOOSE BURGER KING I EXPECT ALOT BETTER. VERY UPSET, DISSATISFIED, STILL HUNGRY BECAUSE WE WERE NOT EATING COLD FOOD..
Please respond. Was not going to wait another 6 mins to complain as there was hardly any staff on the counter, all were working on drive through.

Read moreMy view of Burger King has been completely and utterly soiled, following my recent visit.
My family and I were required to wait for an unreasonable amount of time while the staff members at the front of house were on their phones (doing anything other than serve us, even when the restaurant and drive-through were obviously virtually empty).
When I called out to see if anyone could serve us, the response I received was 'we're busy'. I followed up by asking why the counters were vacant and all the staff were on their phones when the store wasn't busy, I was told I'd have to "deal with it".
We were then left for a further period of time before the same staff member was asked by another staff member to serve me. It was at that point I was told that, for the third time, I couldn't redeem the loyalty points I had earnt.
Following this, I told the staff that their service was ridiculous. I used mild non-directed profanity, however, a staff member took offence to this and told me that I was 'barred from the store' and that the police would be called I returned).
This experience is hugely disappointing, considering I've spent several hundred dollars at this store in the past few months alone and I strongly advise against using this store. A formal complaint has been made with Burger...
Read moreOrdered a combo meal and asked for a water instead of a soft drink. Got a Cup of water, when i said I wanted a bottle I was told its pump water. Went back, then told they had run out of water, and when you ask for water that's what they give you, duh Said no i want a bottle, then told I should have asked for a bottle,
Asked to speak to manager, told he wouldn't speak to me. So said I will wait in the drive thru. Manager came and then said it was hygiene water, I said I didn't pay for the hygiene water I paid for bottle water. It was seem to be the entertainment for the night as it took 4 staff to come and watch my with the first person.
One member of staff them started to stare at me, like she had never seen an unhappy customer, from her attitude I am guessing they are used to it
