[* update after my initial comment *] Glad the Spiceland replied me less than 24 hours with a contact number and when I reached them, Ruban proactively resolved the issue at the same time. The way they handled complain changed my perspective towards the shop and their customer care. Now I’m editing the same review and posting as a happy customer again. With this I will change my ratings from 1 STAR to 5 STARS in here as well. please check my initial issue down below if anyone is interested on what happened. ⬇️ **====== Please check items at your checkout, if you keep your eye-out from goods and busy packing items without checking the POS machine’s total, you will be cheated (especially when you have a large number of items) . I was busy with baby and they have billed the same items twice (which i have highlighted red) and i only understood that coming to home. Had very bad experience. First mix up of bills which almost cost me $100 and again messed up with refund, waste of time and waste of petrol going back and forth just cause the cashier could not do the simple math

100 - 40= 60 and decided to refund me 40. Was already late so just took it and headed back. On the way decided to check how much my bill added to, turns out they messed up with refund also. Instead of charging me my actual bill of 40, they charged me 60.

So be careful and make habit of checking your grocery bill list beforehand. Also, check if the product is expired as my husband has faced these issues many times in this shop.

Visited to buy some indian stuff. Its a good small grocery store. Where one can find almost everything they need. Everything is arranged and managed in a good way. Its easy to find the products. They have different sections for different products like ( flour, oil, snacks, milk drinks, halal chicken samosa, fish pastry, fish bun, veg roll, mutton roll, wada, kulfi, frozen paratha and veggies and many more things are available). One of the best part is their kulfi. Its sooo amazingly delicious loved it. They have 4 falvours (kesar pista, pista, mango and malai). The staffs were very kind and helpful. Good customer...
