A very unassuming venue... only went here because its close to work and had very high A plus food hygiene rating and was busy at the time... what a good choice! I came, I saw, I conquered 12 skewers and left spiritually reborn. The lamb? Unreal. The spice mix? Illegal in 47 countries. The charcoal grill? Probably forged by ancient gods with a bone to pick and a need for smoky perfection.
Service was fast, the vibes were immaculate, and by the third bite I was Googling “how to franchise a WenJi BBQ.”
Do yourself a favour. Go hungry. Leave happy. Smell like BBQ for three days and wear it with pride.

Further more when I call to tell her that this is the case she starts arguing with me to tell me we must have eaten it on the way. Instead of apologising and moving forward. We have been a customers for over 30 years. And this is three households that support them. Dealing with her rudeness is just not acceptable. The food flavour is less than standard.
