When I opened the burger chest, I felt like a real outlaw who had found gold! A rugged burger overflowing with fillings. It had a divine scent which took me back to my childhood days at the homestead.
Sadly, I was too reckless in my way. My first bite resulted in a number of toppings falling out. If I had any advice for the good folk who made this burger it would be to remove one of the two chicken breasts. One big breast was more than enough.
My heart sank as I began eating. The beauty of the burger did not run deep. I think the oil from the caramelised onions and maybe the cheese turned the crispy chicken coating into mush. The crunchy savoury texture I fantasied about wasn’t to be.
There were good bits. The buttery brioche bun, Tasty bacon, delicious onion, melted cheese and sauce all in the right amount and of good quality. However, my tastebuds didn’t get the showdown experience they had hoped for. The main player never arrived.
Other than some kind of spice, the chicken flavour was absent. I searched until the cows came home but just couldn’t find the flavour. I wondered if the chicken might have been a bit dry.
The chips were nonetheless a perfect partner to this beast of a burger. They were just the right size to be really crispy on the outside but still pillowy on the inside. Similar to the Colonel’s on a good day.
Overall, if you’re looking for a burger while out roaming the frontier this will satisfy your needs. But if you’re looking for the mighty fine burger of your dreams, I’d still go...

Amazing portions. Authentic flavours, needed a napkin for 'the right things' - and no sad iceberg lettuce stuffed inside a burrito to be called a lame excuse at tex-mex. Meat tender, no gristle; the right crunch. 11/10 tbt.
Feedback? More salt on the chips; bean dip good as hell tho. Could use more heat overall (spice), but I think that's personal preference. Also, please stock Jarritos or the all-sugar ol' fashioned glass bottle coke!
Will tots be back. $50 range for the x3 Birria tacos, Birria Beef Burrito & shared chips is...

Birria beef burrito & tacos: Delicious meat, great portion size, generous sauces, all round 10/10 would reccomend
Julius chicken burger: huge chicken breast piece (not chicken patty!!!) and a lot of filling. Tasty but definitely a messy eat as the oil drips out
Takeaway packaging is all in cardboard and utensils are in wood, for those that really care about that.
The only suggestion I'd make is the AI art on the website looks a bit weird and off-putting. The food in real life is a really great size and looks great (I'm just a bad...
