Filled car up with petrol. Entered shop and got myself something to eat and stood at counter to pay and order coffee. After about a minute another patron had done the same and stood behind me waiting to be served as well. There was one lady on, who was making a coffee. A lady had gone to the food section and started to select some food. We waited another couple of minutes while the lady finished making the coffee. The manager got behind the counter and said, "right who's first ?". Lady making the coffee said, "This man, indicating me, but I'm making a coffee for the lady." who by this time was standing at the back of the cue. She was moved to the front of the cue. I left my food. Went to the other cashier and paid for petrol and left. At no time had that lady at the back even approached the counter. I was in a hurry and waited 5 minutes to be served, to have someone else push in via staff. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ! I have been to all the North Island shops, and all the South Island shops. I'm sorry If I got your name wrong but he was such a wonderful help, recommended the ham and cheese croissant and heated up for me. apparently he was meant to be off the till at that time but spent a few extra minutes to help a lost soul such as myself. I don't believe that it should be accepted that it'll be not as good as a cafe as that's a cop-out, but my goodness the person who was making them today and I was there around 9.30am today and it was textbook terrible.
