bp — Restaurant in North Island

We were getting gas on Easter Saturday and the line of people was out the door. This was 10.30 am and the two wonderful girls on the counter (one serving the coffee and the other payment for the gas) were absolutely fabulous. Customer service was second to none and with a great smile on their faces even though they were rushed off their feet!! Whoever owns this Station really should pay double or more to have extra staff on over the holiday periods. Hard to get good staff these days and if I still had a business I would certainly be wanting staff just like...

It's a petrol station. What can I say?! Apart from the service always disappoints. I fill up with fuel and want to pay. There's never anyone at the till when I arrive. Usually in the morning. The 2 staff they have seem to be needed to drive the coffee machine and those using the petrol station for its primary purpose seem to be neglected. However I do continue to fill up there as price is competitive. If it wasn't for the company fuel card though I'd fill up next door at GULL in the speed lane...

Would rate it 1 star but some of the staff are actually good workers. Rated it a 2 star because I’ve purchased so many coffees from there that have been well above drinking temperature. Today I got a coffee from them and again it was well above drinking temperature, asked them to remake it and all they done was add more milk into the drink. Disappointing.
