Kia ora, we have frequented Burger Wisconsin's in Wellington for many years and this experience was disappointing compared to other locations. I would recommend you go to the Brooklyn, Hataitai, or the Northland place over this one as it has sub-par service and food, and has a manager who argues with their staff and delivery drivers.
Our food was 25 minutes late for pick up, and unlike other locations did not apologise or offer a free drink like other locations do.
Upon entry, there was no greeting, and they didn't response to me asking for my order.
The food was okay, but sub-par compared to other Burger Wisconsin's in Wellington. The curly fries were disappointing and you definitely get more at other locations.
We really hope this place gets better, but for the meantime we'll be going to the Brooklyn place and Hells...

My partner and I have been coming here for years and the consistency of a perfectly fresh, well thought burger has not failed us.
Our most recent order 2 days ago and their inexpensive build your own burger for the quality is our favourite, plus a speciality order such as the beef and blue cheese.
The burgers are all wider rather than tall which is the way a burger should be. You dont have to struggle with getting your mouth over it or it tipping to the side half way through, they arrive lush with a surrounding skirt of salad and are never soggy. Full compliments to the crew who have mastered the burgers.
We have never wanted to order sides, just an extra "petite" (or grand size) burger because theyre that good.

Ordered online, but when I rolled up at the joint they didn't know who I was or which planet I came from. Turns out menulog orders are optional, but the staff kindly asked if I would still like my dinner. So thoughtful! Although, I wish the guy making my burgers would stop wiping is nose with his hands ๐ But maybe the snot flavor worked out because the burgers were actually pretty tasty.
