Domino's Pizza Miramar — Restaurant in North Island

Incredible! Sat night 16/2/19 got garlic prawn, philly beef and a third and they were sooooo good that Monday after work I got a 50% larger philly beef from NEWTOWN and it was a disgusting rip-off. The Miramar branch - at least on a Saturday night - makes fabulous tasting pizzas with literally 4x the meat and overall topping coverage of the thieves in Newtown. I'll be complaining to dominoes about Newtown (it was so bad I photographed it for Facebook) cos it was sooooo stingy not I'm definitely not telling head office how good Miramar is in case they stop them being generous. Honestly you make more money with a product like this. I boycotted dominos for two or more years after the last Newtown rip-off thinking they were all the same. True story. They aren't!! :) Glad my bro opened my eyes. Avoid Newtown tho. MIRAMAR...

You need to train your delivery staff in the basics of the road rules. It's not the first time I've had a driver pull straight out of the driveway without looking, while I was walking along the footpath in front of the shop carpark. Luckily this time I was by myself and pre-empted it and stopped walking otherwise it could have been messy, he seemed to believe that he had right of way in his car, and was far from apologetic, what a great advert for the company... Kids frequently use this footpath and they aren't as street smart, it's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured.

Today I had the worst experience of customer service from this Dominoes Miramar store. I ordered online and the website gave me an estimated delivery time. That time came and past and after 40mins of waiting I called the store to ask for an estimated delivery time. The person who answered the phone could barely put a sentence together and it took many attempts to get my question across. At that point they proceeded to tell me that it will be another 35-40mins on top of my already 40min waiting time. I told them that was a long time to wait and he said word for word 'we have a lot of orders so i am busier than you lady' this is terrible customer service and i will not be ordering from this store again!!
