Domino's Pizza Waitangirua Mall — Restaurant in North Island

I'm not surprised I'm not the first one to give 1 rate and state that the staff are rude. As you seen other comments mentioning finding marijuana, hair, or other unusual substances in their orders. I never complained about wrong sauce or presentation for my order before, and I never asked for substitutions or refunds. But the last time I came here, I didn’t pick up my entire pizza even though I had already paid about $30 because of their poor service. Thank you for the efficent, friendly and professional customer service with a smile. Im not sure why this store has a low rating (odd) however the store is in an excellent location, the store is always tidy and clean and the people are friendly, helpful and u can tell that the staff actually enjoy the work and I enjoy the quality product.
