I don’t leave reviews as every one has their own experience but on this occasion I have too as we have shopped here for close to 15 years but new owners have dropped the high standards that nice existed. We purchased fresh snapper (even asked before ordering) and were sold old smelly fillets which were inedible. I phoned up to advise them of the issue and that we weren’t going to eat them and asked for a refund which they agreed to do however when I stopped in to get my money they would only refund piece of 1 fish as that is what they wrote down not the two which we paid for and never ate. It’s a very sad day as we had a great relationship with the old owners however we will no longer return and go find somewhere that doesn’t lie about their food and try trick their customer just to make a dollar. Been going to them for a couple years now, to start with i will say the chips were a little overcooked 90% of the time but over this year they have been cooked perfectly (to me atleast). Its unfortunate that they had to up the price but its understandable considering this economy at the moment, still happily geting my food though dispite that. The people there iv found have been really nice aswell, ill usually go next door to pick up something to drink but usually after that it dosnt take that long for the food to be ready. The worst EVER Chinese I've ever had the sweet and sour pork is blobs of fat dipped in batter and fried, cheap skates! More of sweet and sour meat is like shredded rope 🤮 . The wonton is almost all wanton batter meat well you need to search really hard to find any! It's like they stood on the top of the kaimais and threw a bit of meat in terrible how can they sell this muck i dont know. Years ago it was good there were gluten green options. These days its all about the money money money it's so revolting! Don't bother going there if you don't want to have to spit it out very bad...
