KFC — Restaurant in North Island

Lobby half closed including toilet areas. Worst combination of service , msnagement and food of any fastfood place I have ever been.

Items they didn't gave available. Run out of. Hash browns, potato and gravy, coleslaw,

Couldn't order a hash double down which I'd what I came in for.

Couldn't order a meal as they only chips available.

Finally offered replacing a side in a meal with an additional chips.

Ordered a boneless box with extra chicken. Cornal burger

Chicken prices where the size of a nugget, didn't put in my side replacement extra chips, the chips I did get with my meal were stale and hard. Missing 2 pieces of chicken, burger was cold bread hard and stsle, chicken pattie was also hard and dry.

All the food apart from the tiny boneless chicken pieces were obviously cooked long ago and left in warmer to dry out.

Ate the chicken, threw the rest in the bin after tasting it and had then purchase subway for dinner.

Wish I never went. Won't be back.

Lack of management running out of multiple main items and leaving food laying around in warmers past expirey. This is also very poor hygiene.

Extremely low quality and quantity for the amount. Zero Star is google would Allow it.

Of course not all experiences are the same for everyone. This is based on the times we have gone.

It is rare to have a great experience but am very happy when we do.

Big impact are fresh fries and seasoning. Ask for extra and some times get none at all.

KFC seasoning is delicious :-)

From 8 pm it seems like a limited menu. I assume due to cooking times and so what is left is what you get.

There has been a main item not available at 7pm. That was a surprise . It’s wasn’t an item that has to be delivered daily either…..

Lunch visit is the time where you may get what you want. We have had a great lunch and all been fresh. To be honest, that’s the same at another local fast food place. Morning and day time staff are more on to it than some evening staff.

Hit and miss with clean restaurant and same with the customer service.

Usually KFC is below average. More than often the order is not complete. Meaning, you ordered. You trust that everything is in the bag and you come home and the Coleslaw isn't in the bag or they forgot to put the Moro Bar inside. This happened more than once to me.

I don't eat takeaways a lot, especially KFC, but when I do I would like to have a good experience. From Staff straight through to the food. Mc Donald's does this all the time, but sometimes you would like to try something else.

This experience with them was something I didn't expect and was ready to through my money in the air.

Solid 3 Pc Deluxe Combo with a drink, wife had the Chicken Wrap Aioli with a drink and and my son had the Combo Chicken Nuggets and Chips.
