Worst McDonald’s experience ever.** I ordered a Big Mac and added a chicken portion. They completely missed it – clearly no one checks the orders when making the burgers. When I went back to the store, the guy with glasses (looked like the manager, Indian guy) refused to remake my order and instead tried to blame me for not bringing the burger back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Disgusting attitude, zero customer service, no manners, no professionalism at all. I don’t understand how someone like that even got the position. If this is the standard of staff they hire, it’s no wonder mistakes happen all the time. Avoid this McDonald’s – they don’t respect customers, they don’t admit their mistakes, and they clearly don’t care...

Me and my father went to liffiton Street maccas as it was the best in our opinion from past times. My big mac, which is meant to be the star of the show burger it had next to no sauce and it was missing the peice of cheese the bun was ok but the patty had holes in it. my dad's quarter pounder was like it was made the day before he said to me, here have a peice of the bun, it was as hard as a rock . my drink had a small leak and went on my lap, and on the seat, my dad's drink was fine. I do understand that the cup is made by a computer, so error may happen every once in a while. So our boys' day out was a bit of a letdown by our go-to menu items.
