Spices is my favourite thing about Eastbourne- the lamb masala is amazing and up there with the best curries I've ever eaten. The other curries are generally also very good, as are the meat-based entrees although the bhajis and pakoras aren't quite up to the same standard. My kids love the garlic and cheese nan breads. We buy takeaways regularly and I've had many a great evening in their with friends....
