Town & Country Food — Restaurant in North Island

Multiple times I come here for the same orders either breakfast or dinner. Countless times my orders get mixed up by the young ladies who take the orders, lack of good communication towards the kitchen about orders are below standard, last night we had dinner here, we got served our meal and my son didn't get his smoothie until I asked about it, then the young lady took another order for someone else and still forgot about my sons smoothie. This morning I get the same breakfast as I do, and they bring me out the wrong breakfast. Poor communication and customer service, food is great which is why...

If every other fast food outlet is closed, Town & County Foods is my last resort if I want to buy a lunch in a hurry, like sandwiches. To me, the sandwiches they sell are "dishonest" because most of the filling is in the ½ of the sandwich visible to the public, the other ½ has very little filling and way too much (sugar laden) mayo for my liking.

Most food that Town & Country Foods offer are far from healthful choices, but it's popular and usually fairly busy with dine in and takeaway customers. It's sad how people don't understand how the habit of eating this fare is harming...

In Naenae, Me & my partner ordered Sirloin steak, & rump steak, both medium rare, the service was so fast, too fast actually…. We were surprised.. the steaks both come out the same (and we all know the differences with steaks & their cuts) both Skinny pieces, & both rare. Very Chewy & looked like the steaks were only put on the grill for a min each side… hence the fast service … Stokes valley is so much better & they know how to cook their meats & know the differences with the cuts … Unfortunately we’re closed & don’t open...
